Refreshing Fruit Pizza by Marie Bateman
1 batch sugar cookie dough
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¾ c. chilled whipped cream
assorted fruit
Preheat oven to 375. Press dough into lightly greased pizza pan, 1/8 inch thick. Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip whipping cream and combine with cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust. Arrange fruits on top. Chill for 2 hours.

Crepes
Crepes by Merlene Betteridge
1 cup flour
1/8 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
½ tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup oil
Blend together in blender. Cook over hot griddle with about 1/3 cup per crepe. Makes enough for 2 servings. (Serve with fruit or use for broccoli crepes)

TASTY Fruit Salad
TASTY Fruit Salad – Easy too.
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple chunks, cut into tidbits
2-3 cut up apples
2 cups Red grapes
1/8 cup walnuts
* Can add any other fruit you want to or have on hand
Mix fruits and fold in enough cool whip to cover the fruit. Chill for at least an hour or two before serving.
