Meat Loaf

Meat Loaf Donna Westhoff

1 ½ lb. Ground beef
¾ cup oats
¼ cup chopped onion
1 ½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 cup tomato juice
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firmly into an ungreased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated over at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
