Lemon/Garlic Chicken

Lemon/Garlic Chicken by Jen Hopkin (Israel 1996)

Flour mixture:
¼ cup flour (or ½ cup fine dry bread crumbs)
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Parsley
2 tsp. Onions

Squeeze juice out of 2 lemons and mash inside fruit into a bowl. Add garlic and marinate chicken breast for an hour or more. Roll chicken in 2 beaten eggs and then roll it in flour mixture. Can either bake in 375 oven for 35–40 minutes or deep fry.
