Frozen Raspberry Delight

Frozen Raspberry Delight- A Betteridge Classic! by Beth McNaughton

Combine:
½ cup chopped nuts
1 cup flour
½ cup butter
¼ cup brown sugar

Spread in baking pan; bake at 350 for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Filling:
1 pkg. Frozen raspberries (unthawed)
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 TBS lemon juice
1 tsp. Vanilla

Beat altogether at high speed until stiff, about 10-20 minutes. Fold in 1 cup whipping cream, whipped.

Spread crumbs in 9X13 pan, reserving a few for the top. Spoon filling over crumbs. Freeze overnight. Cut into squares to serve. VERY, VERY GOOD!!
