Crunchy Green Beans

Crunchy Green Beans 2007

2 TBS olive oil
3 green onions, chopped
1 lb washed green beans
2 TBS Balsamic vinegar
1 TBS Dijon mustard
2 TBS toasted sesame seeds

Saute onions in olive oil over medium heat. Add green beans and saute until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Whisk together vinegar and mustard in a small bowl. Add to green beans an gently toss to coat. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with seseme seeds. Serve immediately.
