Spicy Chicken Pasta by Anna (Dyer) Parker
3 TBS olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
½ onion, chopped
½ lb-1lb chicken, cubed
salt to taste
Bow Tie Pasta- cooked
1 cup cream +
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 glass jar sundried tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Put oil in hot pan then add garlic and onion. Add chicken and salt and cook. When chicken is almost cooked, add cream, artichokes, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer as long as you want (15 minutes). Pour over bow tie pasta and serve on a platter. Top with Parmesan cheese.
