Quick Cobbler

Quick Cobbler by Rachel Betteridge

Melt 1 stick butter (1/2 cup) in 13 x 9 pan or dutch oven.

Mix: 1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt

Pour over butter (do not stir).

Put 29 oz. can peaches (or fruit) in pan (drain juices) in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon an brown sugar.

Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Take out when light brown.

Serve with ice-cream.
