Creamy Potato Soup

Creamy Potato Soup by Rachel Betteridge

1 can chicken broth
4 stalks celery. Sliced
2 carrots, shredded
2 potatoes, diced
½ onion, chopped

Bring to a boil and cook, till soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add:
1 can cr. of celery, chicken, mushroom (whatever you have)
1 cup milk

Stir until thickened and add 1 cup of cheese just before serving.
