Chicken Rice Casserole by Lee Betteridge
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream type soup
2 cups milk
Chicken pieces, uncooked
Salt & Pepper
1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix (optional)
Place rice in bottom of greased casserole. Lay chicken pieces on rice. Sprinkle with onion soup mix and salt and pepper. Combine soup and milk and pour over top. Bake at 300 for 2 ¼ hours. Cover for first half of baking time.
