Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan

Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan

2 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus
2 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Place asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for another minute.
