Peanut Butter Fingers

Peanut Butter Fingers by Ben’s work 2008


¾ c. butter ///////////// ½ tsp salt
¾ c. sugar //////////// ½ tsp vanilla
¾ c. peanut butter ///////////// 1 ½ c. rolled oats
¾ tsp. baking soda /////////////// 1 c. peanut butter whipped (for frosting)
1 ½ c. flour
¾ c. brown sugar
2 eggs


Combine all ingredients except for whipped pb. Press into cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Top with whipped peanut butter while still warm. Cool and frost with Chocolate frosting.
